When a family or individual reaches out for help, the staff are committed to assist with support in finding the right resources. 

Everyone who visits is provided with basic resources such as; referrals to the food bank and information on affordable housing and other programs in the City of Calgary.

Clothing Room

Available to everyone, the Clothing Room is located in the basement (not wheelchair accessible) and is run by volunteers. It provides gently used clothing, footwear, and small house ware items.

Open daily from:
     9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
     1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Donations are always appreciated. We prefer them to be dropped off during
regular hours of operation at the Centre: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Drop-in Yoga & Meditation For Everyone

Runs weekly on Tuesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

With guidance through a gentle series of yoga poses while connecting deeply with the breath, discover; expansion, strength on all levels, and enter into a deep space of relaxation. Explore low-impact exercises to promote relaxation, stress reduction and improvement of your overall health.
