When a family or individual reaches out for help, the staff are committed
to assist with support in finding the right resources. 

Everyone who visits is provided with basic resources such as; referrals to the food bank
and information on affordable housing and other 
programs in the City of Calgary.

Clothing Room

Available to everyone, the Clothing Room is located in the basement (not wheelchair accessible)
and is run by volunteers. It provides gently used clothing, footwear,
and small houseware items.

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Donations are always appreciated. We prefer them to be dropped off during
regular hours of operation at the Centre:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ronald McDonald Care Mobile

Visit the Centre when the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is here to meet with a registered nurse, pediatric dietician or registered dental hygienist.

Services are free and include; dental screening, fluoride varnish for children up to 5 years of age, nutrition screening and education, active living education and planning, general health education, referrals to local doctors and other community health and wellness resources and access to other Mosaic PCN programs and services.

Parent Child Mother Goose

Hosted by Further Education Society

Location: 2425 69 Avenue SE
in the community space on the main floor

Introduces parents and children, ages newborn to 5 years,
to come together to enjoy songs, rhymes and stories.

Program run weekly on Thursdays 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. starting April 4, 2019.

This 6 week program for parents with children ages 0 to 18 years offers activities and exercises
to promote and foster positive parenting skills.
